Fast Passage of Information
Physio-link Services use the Proclaim operating system developed by Eclipse and enhanced by our in-house IT team. The system features business-to-business linkage and a web based case tracking and management information access facility, as seen on this website. This enables the fast and effective passage of information in a paperless environment. All correspondence can be accepted and actioned electronically by email and routed directly from fee earner to case handler.
Leading Levels of Security and Integration
Proclaim is subject to regular offsite back-up to maximise system security and integrity. Web based access to the management information system enables clients and referrers access to real time management information which is available around the clock, ensuring the Solicitor is fully informed of the progress of each case without needing to pick up the telephone. The system also features a client reminder facility, where a SMS text message is sent to the Claimant as a reminder prior to their appointment to ensure maximum attendance. Physio-link Services continues to focus on service delivery through the excellence of their systems and reliance on IT support.
